Winco PF 8 Plastic Funnel Diameter Review

I am a professional funnel enthusiast I can say with confidence that this is absolutely a fully functional funnel. Nothing sticks to this thing!

This funnel is excellent for taking liquid or dry fine materials and concentrating them to the point where they are poured into a container in a controlled, concentrated stream. Amazing invention.

Seen on one of the feeding channels. The funnel is wide and has a longer spout than other funnels so it doesn't wobble in the bottle when pouring. With my old funnel I had to hold it in place and then water it. Sometimes it was a bit difficult. This funnel works well and stays in place. A good product.

I was making kombucha and needed a tool to bottle it with snap tops for secondary fermentation. I bought plastic instead of glass because it was cheaper, although I was concerned about how kombucha might react to plastic. It's great so far (I've been using it for a few months, about 6 fermentations) and it's really easy to clean.

I've watched America's Test Kitchen run through a small number of funnels that they've tested for various purposes and this one was the best. It holds a large container and has a long handle so it won't tip over due to the heavy top. My only complaint is that it's plastic, I wouldn't use it for hot stuff, but this still proved comfortable enough to still be worth considering.

Funnel works perfectly as a funnel should. Seriously, it works great and is pretty easy to clean. If you're using it to pump things like water or other colorless liquids, you won't have any trouble. However, if you use it to pour colored liquids like tea, juice etc. you will start to notice a spot/clump in the narrower part of the funnel. I recommend getting a pipe cleaner to clean all the nooks and crannies.

I often have to pour liquid from a bowl into a bottle with a rather narrow neck. If I pour too fast, the liquid will spurt out farther than the neck of the bottle, and as a result, some of the liquid should miss the bottle and hit the table or floor. If I pour too slowly, the liquid will run down the rim of the bowl (and thus onto the table or floor) and not into the bottle. The funnel solves the problem perfectly. Now I can pour fast enough to keep the liquid from running down the sides of the
