The controls could be better - a bit confusing. Okay, first my fault: A few days ago I asked a question about this product and asked if there was a way to make the LCD screen clearer. The company responded in less than 24 hours and offered to fix the "problem". But there is no need. Apparently the screen is going through some sort of burn-in period as after 4-6 hours of use it is now perfectly legible from across the room too. As for the device itself, I was very impressed.
