It is very easy to connect the transmitter to the headphones.

Headphones were solid. The frequency range has an upper limit. The device is good for voice and bass, but the treble is weak. The good news is that the device perceives the volume undistorted.

Doesn't work as expected

This is a reasonably good product and works well with the TV but not the streaming services I wanted it for. So I return. If you only need these headphones for your TV, feel free to buy them, they have good sound, they are soft and comfortable.

Great product at a good price.

I used to use several headphones. You are there with the best. Easy to set up, lightweight, with good sound quality. I've paid twice as much for other headphones, for worse quality. It's nice to be able to adjust to different head sizes, my wife uses them from time to time too.

Poor customer service

I ordered this for my stepdad for fathers day because he is hard of hearing. After a while of troubleshooting, I found that the USB charger was defective. I used one from my cell phone. So I finally got everything working. I asked customer service to send me a charger and they said that I have to send back the whole broken headset first. It's bad customer service because he's using it now. Pathetic!

Simply in love - the best investment! Now I can watch all my shows and TV shows without disturbing anyone! cool Super happy! The best headphones for TV! I try others and this one is the best, no complaints! 10 stars for sure! And the sound quality is like in a cinema and I've tried many different ones but this one is the best! Best enjoyment in headphones

I'm so glad I don't have to complain to my husband about the TV volume. Now I can put on my headphones and hear voices very clearly while allowing him to listen at his preferred volume. There is a slight time delay. I usually just turn down the volume on the TV so I can watch by myself. The setup was a bit wobbly for me. I forgot to remove the optical cable caps. At that time it was difficult to control the speaker situation with my smart TV. After a call with a Samsung representative, we found

TWICE DEFECTIVE!

The first product didn't allow connection via optical cable to YOUR OWN bluetooth base! The 2nd or 3rd person offered a $30 refund for a product listed in the $78 price! First delivery was supposed to take 3-5 days (the 1st was delivered in 1 day), then another person said 3 days, and finally talking to "Delivery Team", again delivery within 1 day. Good price, decent sound, only one downside + upgrade on second and third purchase

Another upgrade, bought another one to use as a second set of headphones connected to the same TV. No matter what I tried, including following the instructions, I couldn't get the second set to pair with the transmitter for my first set. Since they are sold as a complete set with a transmitter, it was decided to fit a second set with its own transmitter.
