Used for double din stereo. I installed it under the dashboard of a vintage car. Works perfect. The size is almost dead! Very well built

It clearly says it's 8in wide, what they sent me is 7.5in wide it doesn't fit so what are you going to do now... I am so sick of these crappy salespeople who just list products and have no idea what it is, what it's for or how it works.

Sturdy fitting bracket, for $10 you can't go wrong. I wanted the mount to be deep enough to tilt the bezel up when placed on the ground and that fit the bill. The bracket is about 1/2 inch wider on both sides on my Uniden, but as I plan to upgrade the radio I wanted to make sure the bracket would fit whatever I bought (I only have washers on either side for the added Uniden). . .

I usually avoid "Workman" products because my whole experience with them has been very negative. This is an exception. Nearly perfect for my intended purpose of installing the Cobra 29 LTD. , strong, and the paint job is decent. The original quality is pretty good. The versatile design offers good depth for installation at different angles and a wide mounting surface. I'm currently using it upside down as a base station. I LOVE this mount! Bought this along with a Workman B2030 CB Radio Metal Swivel Adjustable Bracket and bolted the bracket to the B2030. To fit the four bolts from the C29X into the B2030, I drilled two additional 1/4" holes. Using four bolts was probably overkill, but better safe than sorry.
