Great press, instructions are missing

Yes, there is a booklet in the kit. It's one page long and contains very basic troubleshooting instructions. I got it and after it worked properly it's amazing. I get what seems like a decent output. If you switch wires on the back, one of the temperatures, at least for me, just rises until you're scared enough to turn it off. It's not specified which is which, but just for troubleshooting I swapped the connections on the back and now it works great. I received it in one day, amazing.

Totally worth your time.

It's almost $200 cheaper than head shops. Very easy to use. My buddy and I had no problem setting it up and using it (it took less than 10 minutes) without even realizing there were even instructions. Feels extremely solid, has built in bolt holes and the crank is smooth (lubricate and no issues). One issue we had (about 5 seconds) was that you had to hold down the set button to actually set what you're changing the time/temp to, but as I said we didn't use the instructions at all. If you can't install it, you can just push the floor between your legs. More than enough pressure actually under the max is key. It's worth 2000 and I'm aiming for less. I've used both 120 micron pouches and smooth parchment paper with no problems. Prepress helps. 190 F made the best stuff. 220F was the highest recovery and still very tasty. Between them, most…
