If you have liquid fuel (say for a Zippo lighter) refilling is easy, but I wouldn't put too much in at once. If you just leave the fuel there, it will eventually disappear on you. This happens in just a few days. So I would say only fill it out if you need to. I was looking for a good steampunk lighter and it was perfect for the price. Unfortunately, as the title says, I had a mistake. So as you can see in the attached photo the screws holding the lighter cover have been replaced, I did this the reason is the original screws fell out a couple of times after opening the cover.
