🦎 Zacro 60W/100W Reptile Heat Lamp with Digital Thermometer, Infrared Ceramic Heat Emitter, Reptile Bulb 110V (Black) Review

My ball python loves it! This will help maintain the ideal temperature in his terrarium day and night. And it's perfect for my daytime snakes like pigs to keep the right temperature at night without disrupting their day-night rhythm. I will edit my review over time.

Love the bulb I bought the 60 watt bulb because I use it with hermit crabs, it heats up quickly. The thermostat works better than the strips you stick on the included battery tank. I'm hoping to find some sort of timer to use with this as I can't keep the heating on all day. The pear does not turn red, but warms up.

This is a great product but don't make the mistake of putting it on flammable objects. It was in a heat lamp socket but I accidentally placed it on my turtle's wooden enclosure while it was on. A few hours later I smell burnt. And so I found the source and put out the smoldering fire. Turtle is fine, but it could be a lot worse.

2 packs of heat lamps with digital thermometer arrived as promised, VERY well packaged and even came with a battery for the thermometer! I was surprised at how amazingly well they worked in my reptile tank. I am delighted with the quality and will buy any replacement parts I need from the same seller in the future. GREAT product, GREAT price!

I have ordered to keep them just in case my current radiant heater dies. Unfortunately, I never opened the packaging until many months later when I discovered that one of the bulbs inside the packaging was broken. It was too late to send back via Revain and when I emailed the manufacturer as stated on their business card they ignored me. The other bulb works fine. but that's not much anymore as I only got one working bulb for the price of two.

Great little heating elements. The temperature appears to be around 85 degrees a few inches from the element, which is reasonable for the price and size but unsurprisingly, probably closer to 70 watts than 100. The included temperature sensor is close enough to accuracy and does a good job . additional gift. No complaints for the price. If one breaks prematurely, you get two. But if you really need to warm up a large room, you probably need a size up.

I am happy with this purchase. Came whole. I'm only using one at the moment and it works perfectly. It's getting as hot as it should be. Update 3/31/2020: New bulbs came quickly after I requested a replacement. For some reason the lamps didn't heat up the thought box like the previous one that shattered. So I'm guessing my first few weren't very good, overheated and broke, but these worked as they were supposed to. This would probably be fine for an indoor terrarium, but I would NOT recommend using a garage chick grow light. Both lamps no longer work.
