Tears on stretching, flattening on squeezing

This thing seemed like a great idea. Eco-friendly packaging. However, it doesn't appear to be doing its primary job - staying extended and protecting what it encases. It flattens out when pressed, which obviously means it doesn't protect anything at all. Also, it stretches unevenly and breaks very easily, so it just doesn't work very well.

I recommend this product to anyone who needs a good package filler for fragile items.

I make kiln fired clay figurines that have tiny parts that can break off, mostly from porcelain, so they are very thin and brittle. I usually reuse wrapping paper, bubble wrap, and peanut wrap when shipping my work to a new home. This honeycomb protective paper is the perfect solution when I don't have recyclable materials on hand. It's a nice color of craft paper, light weight and the roll width is great for my needs. After a few months of use I changed my mind

When I first bought this product I left a bad review because I compared it to plastic bubble wrap and in that regard this product is definitely different ; However, I continued to use this product because my main intention was to replace plastic with more eco-friendly packaging, so I figured it would be a good product to cover the bottom of my 12 inch boxes.
