My 2 year old loves this truck. I wish the people fit better on the ladder but that's a small gripe. Overall this is a great toy that gets played with all day. The sound only lasts a short time after pushing the button and it does not go off randomly like other toys with sound. I don't mind the noise and my son LOVES the noise, so win-win. The truck is smaller than I thought it would be, but it a good size for a little one.

So pleased with packaging and condition of toy when it arrived. Figures painted in great detail and packaged individually. Truck has great features including wonderful pull back friction action, LOUD siren and cool flashing lights, extending ladder.Was not expecting the fun facts firefighter matching card game! Update: I received an email from Funerica offering to replace the firetruck free of charge, they shipped it yesterday I got it today and the lights and sounds work :) awesome company and even better customer service. My 3 yr old grandson spends hours playing with this fire truck. He loves it, and even keeps track of all 5 guys, which is a lot for a 3 yr old. I will buy from this company again, this truck is durable fun!

My son loves the fire truck and how it works! The characters he loves them but I feel they are not colored well and we got few duplicates which was disappointing. Overall a great gift for a toddler and very durable so far.

I got this for my 4-year-old son and he loves it! The little firemen are a great addition. He likes that they can hook their hands onto the bucket at the top of the ladder so they don't fall out.

This toy appears to be what it was described as. Since it is a Christmas gift for a grandson I cannot say for a fact that any of the aforementioned areas are true. I did not open the sealed package. It is difficult to evaluate an item when one has not actually tested the item. In will leave that to the two year old on Christmas day.

My 2 1/2 year old grandson loves his fire truck! He was so excited to see that it has water to help put out fires. He also really enjoys the fireman Sam figures. My only complaints would be, that I wish it held a little more water & that the hose would stay in the sprayer nozzle. I put a little twist tie around the hose & thru the ladder to keep it attached to the spray nozzle. It appears to be holding the hose into the nozzle quite well.

Bought this as a gift for my 3-year-old boy but my 7-year old daughter grabbed it before he got to see it. She was happy to show and share it the world. my 2 year old grandson loves this toy. The siren and flashing lights are great. The people can be placed in the boom an someway be attache. He wanted to be able to open the door which do not. The truck seems to be very sturdy. It was smaller than we thought but not a problem and actually easier for him to handle at this size.I would recommend it and i anticipate it lasting a long while

So this is a fun little fire truck I purchased for my two-year-old grandson and he enjoys placing the firemen in the bucket, pushing it along and the three different sound effects. Not an obnoxious siren like some others and overall an enjoyable toy.

I am very pleased with this product! First of all, shipping was incredibly fast which is always a huge plus for me. The truck itself is a great size. Adorable little firemen figures come with the truck which was also a HUGE plus! My son loves the lights and sounds and hasn't stopped playing with it.

It's a regular fire truck that could be bought for very little (does not have lights or do anything). The seller has added tiny toys that are unrelated to the truck. I would send it back, but my 3 year old said it was okay. He still wants a Fireman Sam fire truck. Not worth it.

We were given 2 of the same figurines by mistake - I reached out to Sarah and she was very quick to respond and she went above and beyond to give us an entire new set of Fireman Sam figurines as a replacement. My son loves this toy!

I bought several different models of these for the Marine Toys for Toys dropboxes. While I did not open the packages and play with the toys, I purchased them after doing considerable research on line and reading the reviews of people who previously purchased them. They appear to be very well made and exactly as advertised. I will be purchasing more before Christmas in support of the Toys for Tots campaign.

Good "Fireman Sam" toy. The fireman figures that come with the truck look like Fireman Sam. Took 1 star off only because the firetruck itself seems a little cheap. My nephew absolutely loved it but I'm just concerned how long it will last until breaking. Good toy though.

I expected it to be sturdier for the price point but, other than the flimsy ladder, it's a good toy. The size is perfect for a toddler that's obsessed with firetrucks and would prefer to carry it under her arm all day.

Bought this for my day care. The kiddos LOVE it.It's super cute and the sounds are not incredible obnoxious.My only disappointment is that Sam's aspirator broke off. It was a very tiny piece. Thankfully, my kiddos are a little older right now and they brought it right to me, but just something to be aware of with smaller children. The toy itself is fine to still play with, just that tiny piece broke off. That's the reason for the 4 star.Otherwise I'm very pleased with this purchase!
