Doesn't fit well and makes the controller unusable

I bought this for my girlfriend as she has been playing a lot of games lately and wished she had a controller. When I installed it on the Xbox One controller, there were big gaps on the bottom and sides (in the arm area). In addition to the large gaps, the down button on the d-pad would get stuck when the bezel was attached. "Up", "Left" and "Right" worked fine, but there was no "click" when pressing the "Down" key. Control pad is unusable

Nice front panel but extras were MIA

The front panel is nice and fits well. It's not as tight as the factory bezel, but close enough that you won't notice it after a few minutes of play. Luckily I already had a screwdriver with me, because my package did not contain the add-ons mentioned in the list, only the bezel. The green color is very close to the advertised color and the color used gives it a slightly velvety look (assuming that's where the "soft touch" comes from). I have to deduct 2 stars because I only sent part of theโ€ฆ

Beauty and comfort - but I recommend watching the installation video!

Pros: - 5 stars for everything about this bezel. - The color is amazing and it doesn't just look like a painted surface. - It feels so silky smooth (note, hard ABS plastic, so "soft" isn't really an adjective for it.) But while you can easily glide across the surface when you're actually holding it, it is when it's is played, it definitely stops. MUCH cheaper than buying a new controller, especially if yours works fine. Chameleon Purple/Blue also pairs perfectly with the Cosmos Nebula PowerAโ€ฆ
