I bought these buttons to complement the cardigan I am knitting. They are suitable for women's or children's clothing. There was a sticker on the box that said $2.79 so I don't know why they cost a dollar more. If you have a good craft store that sells buttons cheaply, you can probably find a similar item. I bought them online because the local craft store had pretty high prices and they were better.

Received my buttons today - as quickly as promised. Later I happened to be wandering through the craft department at Walmart and noticed the same buttons. They were cheaper through Revain. Hooray! I was very disappointed with these knobs. They are not as big as the picture and the picture gives the impression that you are getting a big bunch of buttons. not you! I paid five or six dollars for this item and when I received it the price was still two dollars and pennies. Very disappointed with this purchase. I ordered them in 7 different colors and thought I could make a lot of crafts out of them. When I arrived 3 days later I wasn't happy to see how few buttons there were and how many of them arrived already cracked and broken. What bothered me the most was that I paid over $6 for each pack and then saw the label said "$2.29". You'd better get a better deal at the dollar store.

This is craft quality not designer quality - if you want a nice button to go with your clothes you will do more, have to spend a lot more, good buttons are not cheap buttons, and cheap buttons are not good buttons. But citrus finds are bright and cheery, and I see a lot of use for them in my projects. Don't pay more than $2.29 as this is the manufacturer's suggested price listed on the front page.
