I love the Fitbit and was very disappointed that I only chose one clasp. It was so difficult to remove and insert another bracelet. Broke off 2 nails and tried to use a towel and other items. In the long term, this action affects the holes. Seriously how much would it cost to have a clasp in all bracelets? I was so excited to have different colors and options but returned the product. Not worth the hassle and nails. I hope they improve or change them in the future and I will order them.

Really? Only one clasp for three straps?! Even cheaper knockoffs will give you a clasp for *any* bracelet. Fitbit straps are slightly smaller in profile than fake ones, which is why I ordered them. And they are a bit more flexible. But come on Fitbit - just one clasp for three straps - that's very mean. If you really want a slightly smaller streak, then go for it. I like my Fitbit Flex because it's small and bulky. I'm not a big fan of jewelry so a thinner and flatter design suits me. The different colors of the straps are great for mixing colors. I think Fitbit is VERY cheap to sell a set of 3 straps with a clasp. Generic aftermarket brands use watch clasps, making them unattractive.
