I ordered a small and its labeled small but it fits like a large on me. It does NOT have that slight hourglass shape to it that you see in the picture they use for it. These are really really cute toys and they could even be tiny dolls for humans to keep and display. However, I have two cats and one is an ornery senior citizen so I did not expect her to play with them much less show any interest. The other one is a spry teenager (cat years) and she'll bat them around once in a while but she's very particular about her toys and she didn't warm up to these. I was looking for a moccasin type shoe for my baby because she's cruising and we want her to have shoes for the park now.
