This ice scooter is ergonomically designed and easy to use. Instructions with pictures can be found on the back of the packaging. You put it in the freezer and you can start spa treatments. I love that this scooter is ready to use in just 15 minutes. The roller stays frozen for up to 20-30 minutes which is enough for my routine. The size is pretty good. The roll is 3 inches wide and 1.5 inches in diameter. Overall, the ice rink is almost 8 inches tall. So not too big and not too small. At first I used an ice roller for my face and neck, but after a while I found another use. I've tried it for headaches, mosquito bites, after sun, swollen feet/ankles. This is truly an amazing product that I highly recommend.
