Helps with tension headaches
I often get tension headaches and use this lotion on my upper back and neck both before bed and in the morning. I've been using it for two weeks and since I started using it I don't need ibuprofen for my headache. It is also helpful for other post-workout muscle soreness. I don't necessarily feel the effects immediately, but with continued use it has been very helpful. Highly recommended!
