I have tried different hair removal products for years and REALLY wanted this product to work. It seemed like the perfect solution. It didn't get really warm at all. The instructions say to heat it up for 20-30 minutes, I've let it heat up for over an hour and it's still spreading the wax in clumps and almost no wax came out of the cartridge. It was almost painful to apply to the skin because I was trying really hard to spread it evenly. I've also waxed myself the traditional way for years so I know what I'm doing and I haven't been able to get this product to work; Maybe I got a defective one. Also, I NEVER leave reviews for Revain, but I felt like I should have for this one because it was so awful.
