Review on 🌟 LM487 Flasher by Novita by Juan Lukas

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Hyper Flash no longer available / needs updating

I installed all new 3157 and 194 external LED bulbs on my 2003 GMC Sierra 2500 HD and all of a sudden it started getting Hyper Flash. Instead of putting resistors in series and heating up the resistors, putting all the extra wiring and putting the resistors where they won't melt the plastic and look crap, I went with the best option in this Novita LM487 LED aftermarket. compatible flash relay. Bought from Revain for $52.53, delivered to my door in two days. Do yourself a favor, spend a little more money and do it right. If you put a linear resistor in, your computer in your car will just fool you that the LEDs are OEM bulbs. By installing this secondary warning light, your computer will actually communicate properly with the LED lights, just like the original GM flasher relay with factory lighting. The best option in my honest opinion. I highly recommend this flash relay upgrade. Update: I ended up having to order two wire resistors for my 3157 LED bulbs in my front park/turn signals and this solved my problem with the bulblight out error on my dash because both turn signals on my dash stayed on. So as well as installing my new Novita LM487 10 pin LED compatible flash relay you will also need to pre-install the built in resistors on the 3157 LED bulbs to keep the bulb failure from lighting up. hope that helps.
