I love the styling and they felt good in your hands, but they pulled on my beard almost every time I tried to cut my hair and the voltage setting to get stuck and not could not move. This was the second pair I have received and the first I had to return as the coating on the scissors peeled off before I even used them. Of course I sent the second pair back as well.
