I'm in my 50's and have lost weight (haven't tried it either way but about 10 pounds was off at an age when there just isn't any rushing back as they would have done in the past). In any case, you can't buy anything except an operation that gives an old man the tight skin of a 20-year-old athlete. Not at $300 an ounce. Not $10 a can. Not with a home car. What you can do is improve circulation, support the skin underneath, remove dead skin and keep it moisturized. This kit helps a lot with hydration and I think a little with blood flow. It really improves the look of your skin over time (in my experience the skin on my arms and around my knees looked firmer, but not plumper, within about 10 days). Such effects from local funds are usually temporary. I intend to continue buying this.
