Great gaming monitor from a relatively unknown company

This is a review of the Pixio PX259 Prime Gaming Monitor 25" 280Hz Fast IPS 1ms GTG HDR FHD 1080p FreeSync G-Sync G-Sync Compliant Esports IPS Monitor. I didn't use the included stand but it attached to the Attach VESA mount to the arm (I had to use spacers for the screw size I had. The bezels are very thin so the monitor's profile looks very nice. It has an IPS display with a 1000:0 contrast ratio, which is good for an IPS display. I tested the monitor and it showed really good color and clarity, but it does have some constant light issues where the brightness is uneven across the panel. The 1ms response time is very good and the display is pretty good too. The picture is a little blurry at extreme angles, but there's no problem with normal viewing. It has two display ports (1.2) running at 280Hz. There are also two HDMI ports sse, v1.0 and v2.0, which can be operated at up to 240 Hz. So if you want to get the most out of it, make sure your computer has a display port, although you probably won't notice the difference between 240 and 280 anyway, so HDMI will work too. It has its own speakers, but they're not very good and should only be used as a last resort. It also has a 3.5mm headphone jack. There are some LED indicators on the back, which I find to be a nice touch. It adds a little highlight but really more for style. The OSD menu is easy to navigate using the buttons on the monitor and has some useful features. I've never heard of this brand, but their website looks pretty well localized, especially since it's primarily a Chinese company. The packaging was well done so it should arrive without incident. I guess my only gripe is that I'm not sure how reliable it will be, but I've also had HP monitors fail after 13 months. Overall I am happy with this monitor as it has been a great addition as a third monitor to my setup and if I have any issues with it in the future I will definitely update the review.
