City Scene Leaves Cotton Quilt Review

Although I liked the look of this quilt I had to return it. It was too small for my double bed. It doesn't drape to cover the box spring beds. I ordered the right size, king. I checked the label, it said "King". But it could easily be for the full. So I'm not to the bone.

It had potential with an attractive geometric pattern but the quality of the fabric was too poor to realize it. And the quality of the stitching and the use of very poor quality secondary fabric on the back of the pads made matters worse. We had high hopes, but not good ones.

Package arrived quickly, in two or three days. The quality is good, there are no defects. I was glad there were piping around the edge of the cushion pads. The fabric doesn't look premium, but the pattern is nice and fits in well with the space. I use it as a bedspread paired with a duvet underneath.

It is so nice to receive a product that corresponds exactly to the description and to receive it in the shortest possible time. They're really good and great right out of the box. Big size for my standard euro pillows. Many of them are too big. They are of very good quality and easy to attach. I haven't tried it yet, so I can't say how it will be. Their prices are really affordable. Most of them are so cheap. Extremely satisfied.

Excellent set of quilts. It's light, soft and high quality. The thread/quilt pattern is good and keeps the plain side from looking too plain. The color is more grey-brown than grey. Very happy with this set. *** UPDATE *** This duvet shrunk a bit in the wash. It barely drapes over the sides of the bed and definitely cannot be tucked under the mattress. I still like it, but I recommend taking a size larger than usual.

Modern ceiling. This is cotton which is a must for me as I tend to overheat quickly under microfiber and poly. However, being king-size, cotton blankets can get heavy in the washing machine and throw them off balance. The quality of the stitching seems to be good. it seemed like things straight out of the box. but I ran it through a quick rinse and spin and then the dryer. and its softness has improved somewhat. and it is ok for cotton blanket. UPDATE 2021: I still use it daily, small hole came from my dog's claw, didn't get bigger, love this thing to death. I thought quilts were old but they are definitely timeless! Great blanket here. It's not the softest material in a quilt, but it's strong enough for my dogs to walk on while still being very comfortable to sleep under.
