Charging cable was not included in my packaging so I assumed it was not included. I bought the cable separately. I ended up buying another fan for another family member and lo and behold! The cable must be delivered with the fan! The fan works fine, just disappointed I had to buy a cable to charge the fan.

Absolutely the best money I've ever spent. Didn't think it would work in the hot sun at softball tournaments, but it's a lifesaver. Battery life is okay if you don't use it constantly. Very quiet. And they blow really cold air. The only problem is making sure your hair is up and tucked in as it will get tangled and only 1 hair will be holding it up. I've had this on my charger for over 3 hours and it still says charging and every time you try to set it makes a crackling noise , as if it were here - it breaks down. The quality of it is pretty junky.

Last update: Got a replacement, this one loads fine. Thanks very much! Update: Cannot be charged after first use. I tried the cable that came with the kit, other cables and different connectors. Works well but I thought the back would conform to your neck. The neck part has a fixed shape, but you can adjust the fans to your liking.

I bought this for my vacation at Universal Studios. The weather when I went was in the 90's. This fan works great, has 3 speeds and even has different colored lights that you can turn on.
