This backpack fell apart after only a few months of regular use. The wheels fell apart and the front pocket was torn. And the return period wasn't long enough, so we couldn't return it.

No 4 wheel spinner! as in the photo and in the description! Only 2 wheels. The bags are great. But above all, the description is wrong. Sent back immediately, very disappointed. Also, the main zipper doesn't fully open the main compartment, making it difficult to pack.

I bought it for a work bag. In general, the quality of the bag itself is excellent, but the elongated handle is inconvenient. It wobbles and the bag tilts forward when you pull out the handle and has difficulty coordinating with the movement of the bag when rolling. Maybe making the wheels a little longer in front of the bag will help some.

My problem was that the wheels didn't get stronger and thicker. The bag can take a beating. I'm more suited to gentle off-road. Good to carry over the shoulder. Works well with the four wheels on the side in the forward direction, but not as easy to pull in the normal way once the bag is packed.

Used for a school child. It has plenty of room, but it doesn't roll very well on concrete. Wheels get stuck and don't roll. Worked well at home on my laminate floors. The wheels are very weak. I had to send it back after the first day of use. But great customer service. You just have to work on replacing the wheels with stronger ones.

Nice print, lots of pockets and space. You have to open it all the way to get things in and out. It is poorly balanced and rolls over, the wheels seem too small to support the weight. It is difficult to maneuver and the child has to struggle to move it. Also, it doesn't work on two wheels, one of the wheels turns inward and it doesn't roll well.
