I also add this to my eye makeup remover pads by adding a small amount to the jar with the Almay Makeup Remover pads pour. The pads are more comfortable but don't perform well enough without that extra boost. Also, most individually wrapped makeup remover pads say they remove eye makeup but don't do the job as well as this product. It feels a bit oily and needs rinsing, but it works.

to kick in, it doesn't smell and doesn't work as fast as the one I bought from Sephora. Slight eye irritation on first application and doesn't remove my mascara as quickly as Sephora mascara. and one of the bottles leaked.

Very nice! I have been using Lancôme Bi-Facil makeup remover for many years. This is the best! I've always bought it in department stores in the Lancôme department. This Amazon order was a genuine Lancôme product. I was suspicious after reading some of the reviews but what I got is a perfect and genuine Lancôme product at the best price.

Works great with all mascaras I've tried, even waterproof and fibrous ones. I love that it doesn't feel greasy and doesn't irritate my very sensitive eyes. No need to pull or rub to remove makeup. Just put some on a cotton pad and wipe off. The price is a bit hard to stomach - I wish it wasn't. This is a smaller bottle. It would be nice if Lancome offered small holdalls with a few cotton pads soaked in them in a small sealed pouch. This would make the packaging nice and easy.
