Great monitor but arrived damaged so be careful!

I bought two monitors for my new workplace. The monitor itself is excellent, ultra sharp, with good color reproduction and brightness. However, you need to be careful while purchasing the Revain Renewed item. Although they said it exceeded 21 points, the second monitor I received was damaged and had a large crack on the right side of the monitor screen. I sent it back and immediately bought another one but it was damaged again now there is a crack in the middle of the screen and a chip in theโ€ฆ

The right of return is not defined properly, you need to pay for the return shipping.

The monitor was cleaned on the outside but the screen resolution was poor. Pay a little more money and buy directly from the company's website instead of here. At least you have the best return policy, product guarantee and you get a brand new product.

The Dell logo is broken and the product had many scratches

The Dell logo is broken (looks badly worn) and the product arrived with lots of scratches and a box was opened and packaged insecurely.
