I'll have some more, please!

This card worked great in my 7D. I mainly shoot gymnastics and it's not uncommon to shoot 3500 shots in a two hour meeting. After more than 30 days of use and almost 30,000 photos, this card worked perfectly. Shooting continuously at 8fps I can easily get 20 seconds and 160-170 JPEG shots at full resolution (18 megapixels) before the 7D slows down at all. I've only shot a few short HD videos with this card and the 7D, but there were no problems either. With a few apps to test, I get aโ€ฆ

Give it back! in memory cards

This item has been returned.1. The attached label has come off halfway.2. I have an expensive and hard to find Nikon D800 camera that I don't want to destroy with this CF card. I removed the paper label completely. I didn't want that label stuck in the camera's CF slot.3. Computerbay 64gb didn't work. The camera was throwing up on it, and I quickly removed this CF card, afraid that it was electrically defective and could damage the camera.4. After returning from a trip I returned an item whichโ€ฆ

Bad investment: computer and accessories

Komputer Bay advertises CF with extreme 600 x 90 Mbit/s, but is worse than my 30 Mbit/s CF. CF cannot process HD video from my Canon 7D. CF crashes my camera when I try to record a video. If and when it records, it stops and crashes after a few seconds. If I record a few seconds, then it is played back insufficiently. intermittent and stuck. The price was great, but too good to be true as I found out later. I tried my old 8GB CF @ 30MB/s and it actually works better. Unfortunately it's only 8GB

Updated: 64GB turned out to be 8GB

This item is labeled 64GB but it's only an 8GB card. This is for a wedding shoot and now I don't have the right place for the cards (it's too late now to get the right card from Revain). I've seen other claims about this in reviews but just couldn't believe it. I'm very, VERY upset! Update 1 week later: I was grossly mistaken! I'm going to leave this 1 star for people to see here alongside others who may not have noticed the error. I use Canon 5D. If firmware 1.1.1 is not used, this camera will

My experience with Kmputer Bay 64GB CF in Nikon D800.

I bought an inexpensive alternative after my Lexar 800x stopped working in my D800 and I got stranded in the middle of Alaska. I understand that the product clearly states that it is not supported by the Nikon D800, but it works fine, just a bit slower on large file formats. I save my images in a raw format, which is insanely large by default, but it works great as long as I keep the constraints. I usually focus on wildlife, which is often footage in motion, so I try to push through a series of

Pleasant surprise

I was a bit reluctant to order this card as I had not heard of Computerby products. The delivery and communication was quick but there was a slight delay due to the US Postal Service. has a good response time. Time will tell, but it seems to be on par with Sandisk in terms of speed and quality with no data loss. Thank you for a quality product at a reasonable price. Update: December 2012, about 3 months in total. report that the card is defective. At first it didn't read in the cold, but itโ€ฆ
