I've seen a lot of people (including myself) review the G2 series for older HP Chromebooks. I recently received an HP 14 and ordered a G2 series cover by mistake. I was very disappointed when it didn't fit, but it was my fault for not paying enough attention. After doing my research, I sent the G2 series cap back and ordered this one (G3 series). This case fits my HP 14" Chromebook perfectly. I love that it's translucent, so not just a full block of color. Rather, it's a opaque and beautiful blue over the computer. It settled in easily with no issues. Both the top and bottom fit well. The holes are precision cut so nothing blocks. I am very happy with my iPearl mCover so far I have no complaints I have only used it for 3 days but I think there will be no problems. The color is great, looks exactly like the picture, the legs below are an added bonus. My only advice is to read the description to make sure the case fits your version. My original order had to be returned due to my Chromebook. latest version, overall good buy, i will buy additional colors if i get bored of the current color.

I bought this case for my son to differentiate his Chromebook from everyone else at his school. The bottom of the case never fitted properly and kept falling off. Now the tabs on the top have broken off so it won't stay in place. The product doesn't seem to stand up to the rigors of everyday use by the average schoolboy who is normally very careful and takes good care of his belongings.
