I was so disappointed with it. Firstly, the dimensions listed in the product information state that this loom measures 12" x 8". When I received it it measured 6 x 8 inches. Even when I tried to warp the loom, the warp threads kept slipping. And no, I didn't twist it too tight! The adjustment bar looked like it was really cool. This is a nice sturdy little loom for a child to learn to weave. The shuttle and other tools are also well made. It is approximately 8" x 6" and the yarn samples included are very small. This is fine for braiding coaster-sized pieces, but not much larger. I had to put a strip of tape around the edges to keep the skew in the grooves. Not a big deal if your area isn't afraid of tape. The accessories can also be used with other machines. I'll upload photos when I'm home.

This loom works perfectly. I haven't had the same problems that other people have mentioned: some have said that the warp threads won't stay in place - as long as you warp them front to back, not just up and down, there won't be a problem. (See photo.) In general, pull the thread all the way around the loom, on both sides, in a spiral, not a zigzag. Ribbon is not required.
