I have to admit I was skeptical about simply applying this product, waiting 5 minutes and rinsing it off. Wow! It worked very well. My sorrel and white tobiano paint was covered in dirt and dust right on his skin for months. The first warm day I used it, I was amazed at how easily the ingrained dirt and sweat washed away. Professional groomer. I like the dilution speed. It seems to work the same as other shampoos I use but diluted about 32:1. It's honestly the best thing I've ever used to soften really thick, rough fur. On the other hand, I never use it on dogs that need bodies because of their "too soft" coat. Use on soft-coated dogs that require clipping is counterproductive. But if you have a coat that needs softening, this product is the bomb! The smell is a bonus. So pretty!
