Review on Protect Your Child's Smile with Toms Maine Anticavity Strawberry Toothpaste by Kim Knowles

Should be called chewing gum, not strawberry

I bought the strawberry flavored toothpaste after buying and loving Tom's of Maine Orange Mango. I expected this fragrance to live up to its name like Orange Mango lives up to its name. However, this is not the case. This toothpaste tastes like chewing gum. It's not unpleasant, not too sweet, but not strawberry either. I don't like mint at all, so I was very excited to discover the non-mint flavors from Tom's of Maine. This toothpaste contains fluoride that fights tooth decay and whitens with silica. The chewing gum taste is ok: not too sweet, but I wouldn't call it refreshing. Despite the name, this toothpaste is suitable for adults as it is not too sweet. The scent does not linger after cleaning. The aftertaste leaves a slightly bitter aftertaste that doesn't last long. This toothpaste does not foam. In comparison, Orange Mango foams a little less than regular toothpaste like Colgate. Orange mango is refreshing and you can smell the flavor within minutes of peeling it. Attached is a photo of a silly strawberry on a toothbrush so you can see the actual color and texture of the toothpaste. The second photo shows the toothpaste arrived sealed which is very nice to help it last longer. I also liked the fact that I could hold the tube upright on the lid so gravity holds the toothpaste in place and it takes up less room on the bathroom counter. I have to say that I liked Orange Mango better in both flavors. and foam. I will finish the three tubes of Strawberry I received in this order but I will not be purchasing this fragrance again.
