Kiddo specifically wanted Chase - less powerful than other models

Needed as a replacement for a child's toothbrush, he had two main wishes - that it should have a button, not a switch, and that it be the Chase from Paw Patrol. When this was the case, the original search included Chase; Scrolling through the information, it seemed to show that it was part of a collection, as expected, but didn't say anything about it being a random selection, much less a way of specifying it. So the boy was pretty taken aback when we got Marshall and not Chase as he was…

Pros
  • Large selection
Cons
  • Negative impression

When we opened the package, the toothbrush was already on it. So the battery lasted about a week. My daughter still enjoys using it like a regular toothbrush, but I was less than impressed. Nice brush. Happy child. clean teeth.

Pros
  • Something about it
Cons
  • Some problems

I received a different product than the one pictured

I gave 3 stars because the toothbrush arrived in good condition. I got two starts because Chase was pictured and Sky was accepted. My husband asked why I bought my son a pink toothbrush. He still uses it today because I didn't want to send it back and I didn't want to waste money either.

Pros
  • Don't waste too much time
Cons
  • So-so

cute, good quality; Wrong item sent

My baby loves it and wants to brush his teeth all the time! Unfortunately they sent the wrong character (I ordered Marshall and they sent Sky) so my little boy has a pink toothbrush until it wears out. Too many problems with returns/exchanges.

Pros
  • Decent performance
Cons
  • old

not follow as he wanted

they will send you any character they want. Do not hunt as shown in the first picture. Nowhere does it say they will send you any character you choose. Got heaven for son pink toothbrush not hunt as he wanted. You must state in the description that you will receive a random character.

Pros
  • nice to use
Cons
  • unreliable

Every night we have a big problem with combing.

Every evening we brush my daughter's teeth with great effort. We have glowing toothbrushes, signature toothbrushes, pink, purple, you name it. She's still fighting us. Because she likes PP, she tolerates it a little more, although she still hates brushes. The electric movement only turns on when you press the button and then stops as soon as you release the button (unlike adult toothbrushes which stay on for 2 minutes). It's a bit big for a 3 year old so it's difficult to clean the outer molars

Pros
  • Few competitors
Cons
  • Functionality

Not satisfied, the toothbrush I paid for was CHASE

Bought it for my son's upcoming birthday, opened the package on arrival to find it wasn't CHASE Dog but SKY a girl dog . Not satisfied, the toothbrush I paid for was CHASE. Nowhere on the list does it say they will just send you a random toothbrush.

Pros
  • Done
Cons
