MARVELOUS! PERFECT EYELINER FOR RAVE PARTY! HE REALLY SHINES!

Durability! Lasted all night even after getting caught in intermittent rain, stayed in place, didn't get wet, super bright and colorful! You can use 2 colors and mix them together to get a two tone glow. Perfect for parties or nightclubs! Must be!

Blacks allowed whites beware

To be clear I am here specifically for the blue color but I also tried on the white color and I am a very light Caucasian and the white was a little mottled and melted into my skin. I would say if someone was of another darker race or another complexion then very very pale they would look great on you.

Very bold makeup in makeup palettes

Got this in a neon palette. The colors are very strong and very bright. Great as an eyeliner, but if you want to use it as an eyeshadow, be prepared for a very thick "look at me" effect. Don't mix too much, so a split fold is probably best. They look bolder and last longer if you use a good foundation first. Recommended if you want a bright look.

BEST BUY Makeup Palettes

I've been using this palette CONTINUOUSLY since I've had it. It's that easy to use. Colors hold up pretty well unless you rub them off on purpose. I love him so much. It also glows in black light.
