Bought this for my daughter as a birthday present and she loves it as do my other two children. I'm also guilty of playing with him from time to time.

It didn't seem too puffy but it was fresh and blah blah looking for bright green in the dark and it wasn't that bright. It was just a little green, like a glow. But it has small bumps that can be pressed.
