Camera almost destroyed. Took it underwater and found it had a leak. Almost ruined the camera. I managed to solve the problem with waterproof tape, but it kept evaporating and ruining almost all of my footage. This is an awful product

After ordering this product, it took me several months to try it out in the water. At first it went under water, it was leaking. And ruined the potential for some really good group photos in Costa Rica.

The waterproof case must be made of materials that will not corrode like the original equipment. This device worked for just over a week and then leaked through the shutter button and destroyed my camera. This is a bad product. Save yourself the frustration and damage to your own gear and go to the original manufacturer for waterproof replacement housings. We have been trying to replace the product with Suptig for months and they have done absolutely nothing to fix the issue.

This case destroyed my GoPro while diving the Great Barrier Reef 2 weeks ago. Revain refuses to refund a GoPro that was also purchased through Revain. It is falsely claimed that the hull can withstand pressures of up to 147 feet while I was only 40 feet underwater. Revane asks me to contact the case manufacturer. Not only did I miss the opportunity to film one of the best dive sites in the world, but I also lost valuable footage on my SD card with older footage and photos.

This case came quickly and the price is right. The seller packed and shipped well. I used this cover to protect the Hero from the elements while attached to my motorcycle helmet. It worked great for 4 rides and then it happened. The top latch broke off when closing. It happened while driving after changing the battery. Bad deal. Wow, I'm impressed with the quality of this bag. My photos and videos are just as bright and clear with the case on as they are without. I was expecting it to be wrapped in plastic or bubble wrap but it came with its own box and all, very cute!
