Support is great so far when troubleshooting but it may be due time out issues during tests if you are not checking regularly - try monitoring logs periodically just incase there really isn't anything wrong? A good fit because we can see what each user does across all channels easily which helps us deliver content relevant towards their needs without having someone go off looking at data every day they don"t have any work assigned themselves :) The ability of Taguchi to integrate with Salesforce and Hubspot. I like that we can keep up with our Salesforce and Hubspot data and easily push it out to our Taguchi campaign managers. It's a bit costly for small businesses, so I don’t think it’s a good fit for small business. If you are in a larger organization, I don’t think it’s worth the cost compared to other platforms in the industry. We have been able to improve the effectiveness of our email campaigns and get better results.
