Great Platform and Easy To Use For International Payments
It has been very easy to use, I can send funds from my bank accounts in many countries around world (USA / UK/ Europe) without any problems at all! The support team is fast responding with good advice when needed it's not always that quick but they do respond quickly if there are issues encountered during day-to-day usage of their software or platform services provided by them.
- No customer service 24 hours available.- Support tickets sometimes take up too long time for replys which delays your payments processings etc.. This should be fixed asap so we have more confidence using this product instead other well known providers like Bitfinex who also provide great products yet no such problem exist here even though its only been out since January 2017 i believe?
- Easy registration steps , simple interface once you get familiar enough working within platforms features after login into each individual trading account individually per user..etc.it takes some getting used especially while first starting off trying new things however thats true about most anything worth doing :)..learn how everything works before taking action otherwise could end being
