After reading all the reviews of used remote controls and their problems, I decided to buy a new one. In my opinion it is perfect - just like my original. The instructions were in English, very easy to follow. It took me 5 minutes to set it up. I was afraid that I'd have trouble programming, but it's easy. And it's from a 70-year-old man. Pay a little more people and get a new remote control. Also, the shipping was fast considering it came from a different country (I think). The delivery took less than a week.
