These glasses bring back memories of a great time with Italian friends in Italy. Our friend made his own wine from his own grapes. On Sundays, wine was poured into the same glasses at dinner with "Mama" and the family. "chin chin"

I like these glasses. I use them regularly and they make me feel like I'm in Perugia. One problem is they are identical to the Libbey Heavy Base Juice jars I bought 7 years ago. I have to hold them side by side in bright light to see what I'm holding. (Things are a little different with 7-year-olds.) Save $12.

Nice little cups, reminiscent of eating in a restaurant in Florence or Rome or somewhere else. Just pour some wine, enjoy, pour some more etc etc. They are strong and durable (I dropped one and it didn't even crack). It's different from the giant American/French wine glasses, but it's more fun and casual.

I've been looking for these everyday Italian wine glasses for years because we enjoyed one at our favorite restaurant. I tried to find glasses for juice but they weren't easy enough. Tried small glasses for alcohol but they were too small. They're perfect: sturdy little 5-ounce pieces with a fancy ripple in the glass that makes them look handcrafted.

You can get your fancy round shape with no stem, with a long stem, whatever the other styles are BUT these are better.
