Excellent tool for solving "edge " container environments

I like that it's open source software which has been around since 2014 so there are tons out in use already across multiple companies who have had to solve similar problems we're trying to fix at our organization - performance issues when using k8s clusters over long distances via WAN links or VPN connections etc., edgefs helps eliminate this problem by allowing us storage close enough to where containers run without having them actually be stored within those same nodes/containers themselves…

Pros
  • Easy setup
  • Very straightforward configuration file for deployment purposes (it basically just requires you fill your local environment ip address)
  • Supports Linux, Windows & other unix platforms too such as Solaris.
  • Open source with community support from large technology vendors all looking into how they can contribute back improvements
Cons
  • There are disadvantages

Great tool / service even better customer experience

Easy to use in production deployments! We are using it to host an apache web site plus multiple databases that have heavy write load. The overall performance was very good when compared against AWS services or our own dedicated servers we used previously. It can be tricky if you don't read all documentation/help files beforehand. Make sure you ask questions before putting things into production - they generally answer quickly if your query has been asked before by others! Highly recommend…

Pros
  • Fast
  • Reliable service
  • Great price structure & terms (pay as much time + pay no more than $2k per server)
  • Very reliable software
Cons
  • Not bad
