Very helpful in HR planning & benefits planning! Very easy to make data based decisions!

The dashboard provides great insights into workforce demographics, compensation trends & benefits data which helps us make informed decisions about our organization's current needs as well as future goals in regards to HR/Benefits planning! I would like more insight from this tool regarding training programs that are being offered by my employer - but overall it has been very helpful so far!!   • Ease of navigation no unnecessary steps or unnecessary info that is cumbersome to obtain

  • Limited to what I'm used to/ most accustomed with in regards to other HR and benefits portals (like Microsoft / SFDC / etc.)

Good way forward if not using another tool

I like that it has helped me to find out what skills my employees need in order to progress. Also, it helps with training and developing them once they have been identified as needing help. It is very easy to use and allows you to see your workforce at a glance which is great! Nothing really.
