Review on 🎀 SMK480M Singing Machine Kids Portable Bluetooth Sing-Along Speaker with Wired Microphone by John Ferguson

It's great if your kids don't understand it doesn't work

This is probably the best product I've reviewed. If it were me I would give it to the stars but both my kids love it. They like it because they don't know it doesn't work very well. And they're 1 and 3, so it's fun to pretend. In theory, this should be a great children's toy. There is a volume control that parents like. What child doesn't love to sing and dance? Three popular songs are already loaded on it. It's "when you're happy and you know it," wink, wink, and I've forgotten what the other is. There are also some sound effects that were pre-recorded and loaded onto the machine and they're pretty cool too. In theory, the machine should work via Bluetooth or with pre-recorded songs. And kids should be able to sing songs under karaoke. But it also has the ability to record when they sing for up to 3 minutes. Two of these things are not working properly. If you decide to go with Bluetooth, which you probably do because three songs bore you quickly, Bluetooth is patchy at best. Bluetooth connection keeps dropping and disconnecting and reconnecting. It's so annoying. Then a microphone. Total garbage. It doesn't work very well at all. If it works, it's because it's mostly in the mouth. And it still doesn't work properly. So a record where you sing well is just not very good. Even though my kids love it. They're toddlers too and think they have to eat the mic to put it in perspective for you.
