My mom is coming out of the hospital and we bought this memory foam bed with gel for her comfort. To our great surprise, one side didn't stretch, we tried everything for 3 weeks, even running a heater near the bed because the heat was supposed to help the material expand. Long story short, it didn't work and somehow we had to ship the bed back to USPS. I wondered how the hell the post office was supposed to send that back. So I ordered you a bed sack, put the mattress in a bag, taped most of the bag shut at the end, and then used the vacuum to suck out the air in the other corner. Her bed pocket was strong enough to compress the bag and we were able to roll it (very hard to roll) lol. It is now in the original packaging and has been returned. Thanks very much!
