My tablet arrived quickly and worked well. I have two small problems. I was first given a version of the Kindle Nook tablet that I was fine with for its intended use. Basically, it comes with a lot of pre-installed software. As I said, this isn't a problem for me, but it might be for those who need more storage space on their tablet and/or don't want to add an SD card. The second problem is purely cosmetic. The tablet arrived like it had been dropped at least twice, there were multiple dents and chips in two corners and a light scratch in the corner of the screen. I put it in a case and put on a screen protector so it wasn't a big deal to me but it might be to someone else. Buying a refurbished product is always a risk, but I can easily see that someone will be unhappy with a tablet with such physical flaws. After a few days of use I decided not to contact the company as it would have caused me more trouble than it was worth. Overall I am very happy with the product itself and have no issues with the tablet.
