Bottom line: freedom of movement and durability will get the job done as advertised. I use two 24 inch widescreen monitors. The arms are articulated where I want them to be, but they need a bit of tweaking to get them moving from hand to hand with the same ease, but the included Allen key lets you dial them in without much fuss. Installation was pretty easy too. I suggest placing the monitor arm on the back of the monitors (step 4) while they are lying face down on a hard surface. Before step 3 and then follow step 3 so you only need to align one big hole and fasteners. instead of 4 tiny ones with 4 tiny screws. This allowed me to complete the installation without anyone having to hold/align anything, eliminating the possibility of profanity. 😂 Do I like them? no I LOVE HER! It may be necessary to move your desk about 3.5 to 6.5 inches from the wall, depending on how far you need to rotate and whether you want your monitors to touch and be level at all times when You use them in desktop mode, but if you want to get a little creative with the base placement and arm placement, you can reduce that offset from 6.5 inches to about 3.5 inches. If you see my photo where the monitors are slightly tilted but touching, it lets the table come closer to the wall and can help in situations where every inch counts. Another alternative is installation with a mounting sleeve. In this case, you can offset the amount by drilling a hole in the table in a spot that will bring the base 3-4 inches closer to your seating position. It will feel like you have less space than a monitor on your desk, but you have full freedom of movement.
