I don't know why I bought it. I have read many articles about how these purple products really improve the look of your hair. I was happy with my hair, had various shades of light gray and natural, and always received compliments. This product was not a permanent hair color so I gave it a try. Instructions in capital letters, avoid skin contact and use gloves. This bothered me and I didn't understand how I could put the product on my hair and not get on my scalp or skin. I tried anyway and did my best not to damage my scalp and my scalp. It was really hard to do. Leave it for about 3 minutes. I didn't like the results at all. The gray in my hair that was very light became very dark. The only way I can describe it is its slate color, like a stone. Thank goodness it's gone with shampoo in the last few weeks. I hope that over time it will return to my natural color. If something for your hair is dangerous for your scalp, you should probably avoid it, right? I should have followed my intuition and never used it.
