Review on 📷 【2K, Smart Motion Tracking】 Hiseeu 2K Wireless Home Security Camera, WiFi Pet Camera for Baby, Nanny, Dog and Cat, 360-degree, 2 Way Audio, Night Vision, TF Card and Cloud Recording Supported by Bryan Reed

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Easy setup, PT control lag, camera not as pictured

I bought this camera to add to an existing Hiseeu NVR system with 4 other wifi cameras. Installation was surprisingly easy; Just go to the Add Camera screen on your NVR and activate the new camera. The system will detect the camera and prompt you to pair it with the DVR. Everything is done in less than 5 minutes. The picture quality is "good", definitely not as sharp as the cameras that come with the NVR system and work outdoors. I bought this extra P/T camera to keep an eye on my dog when I'm not home and it's my only indoor camera connected to the system. Pan and tilt control lags behind when used via the god-like EsseeCloud software. user input significantly. So much so that you'll think the camera isn't responding and is constantly trying to misalign the subject where you want it to be. Not surprising at all considering the software is the worst part of the entire Hiseeu system. It's also worth noting that the camera you see in the Revain listing is NOT the one you will receive when you order this item. The one delivered looks quite different, with the sphere and lens being placed much lower in the overall design (similar to Wall-E's Eve?). If you plan to put it on a shelf and just put it on a pedestal, be aware that it might not look good. In my case, I wanted it to be where my dog can't reach, but I still wanted to be able to tilt the lens down to look from below, and it's very limited in that regard. I believe that inverted mounting (like a dome camera) can solve this problem, but I would like to be able to move the camera easily in the future. Despite her flaws, she's still a solid 3 star. You can't expect a NASA-grade remote control camera for less than $40. Not bad.
