Difficult. Not ideal for hand disinfection.
The quality of the bottles is impeccable. However, I was looking for bottles that are compressible enough to be used for hand sanitizer, but they were very stiff (strong in a good way) so I had to return them. If you plan on typing mouthwash or any other liquid that doesn't require squeezing, I think you'll love this.
