I ordered a cardinal (the definition of a cardinal is bright red) and I got a burgundy belt which is definitely not red. You really need to change the name of this one. I then ordered Scarlet which turned out to be just the red I was looking for. The craftsmanship itself is fine, but then again, they're pretty cheap and reasonably priced. The image shows the cardinal against a background of Scarlet (the cardinal is more burgundy on top)
