I've been a fan of Kneipp bath products since I bought a set of bath oils individually as a teenager. This bath salt set is very similar in that you can try four different formulas. Each is made from a different herb and serves a different therapeutic purpose. Lavender for relaxation, valerian and hops for sleep, arnica for joint stiffness and juniper for muscle pain. While I have no particular medical need for them, they all smell amazing and make for a nice relaxing bath in silky water. I especially love valerian and hops, it's the first Kneipp bath oil I've ever tried and the scent is still intoxicating.
