I like this material because I make jewelry that needs a thin layer of resin on the back which makes it much faster. I mounted a UV light over the tray and typically turn it on for about 20 minutes and the resin cures. I'm still giving it 24 hours before doing anything that might damage it, but it's definitely cured and dry to the touch. This way I can dry a few pieces at a time and after 20 minutes put more in the light to dry. So far they all look clean and bubble free, but I run a small butane torch over them before curing to get rid of the bubbles. I haven't tried deeper molds with it yet, but I will because I have parts that I make with multiple layers of resin and this will greatly reduce the curing time as I won't have to wait 12-24 hours between each layer. Layer. This material is more expensive than regular resin, but for my small pieces, it's worth the time saving. Also, I don't have to mix it to reduce the chances of it not curing properly.
